With blac widow turrets now being available you can unleash a stupid amount of firepower from an arm-trans. My suggest would be putting a pair of imp. debs on the guns, then loading the rest up with black widow turrets.
You're a trader's nightmare with that ship. 100k trans sheild... happy days.
As for gunboats. There are two people who own xeno tagged gunboats, but they both have a story for it good enough to be approved with a terrorist ID. These are -extremely- hard to get and the RP shouldn't just be written for the ship. More the RP makes the ship necessary.
