This is Adreena Callusse bringing you the truth that Sirius badly needs to hear. And it is with extreme alarm that I report increased alien presence in the outer worlds of the great stretches of outer space that we all call home! Not simply the normal fleets of Nomads that have terrorized us for decades, nay centuries but a new menace a more deadly menace! And now to tell the tale in his own words is the first person to face this terrible new truth in the cold dark expanses of Omicron Delta.

Hank HARDNIGHT Russells, you have been a freelancer for some time now havent you?

Uh, yeah quite a while been doing some wrecking and some bounty hunting in the outer fringes.

So, I think it is safe to say that you are used to seeing Nomads in your travels?

Oh yeah, every day battleships, gunboats and herds of fighters see em every day.

So what makes the encounter you had earlier today different?

Well, they were more scheming and devious, I would say intentionally under-handed. If they were humans I would call them bad sports.

Hmmm interesting well, why dont you just tell us what happened in your own words.

Well, I had taken a mission at Freeport 11 it was a nice one too 540k flying against the Corsairs. When I came into the area of combat I realized that my initial targets were to be five Corsair Battleships. Well, I have gone toe-to-toe with battlewagons before so I went into high speed, lined myself up so that only a few at a time could get shots at me and started making strafing runs on the first one This went on for about twenty minutes and I killed four of the five, then a clutch of corsair fighters showed up about nine or ten, I guess. So, I engaged them, ignoring the last battleship for the moment. After I had taken down two of the fighters and lost most of my shield batteries and about half of my bots I noticed an audience of one. This was a strangely tagged alien vessel a Nomad fighter watching the fight. Well, naturally he suddenly got all of my attention! I made several spirals toward him to see if he was firing at me he was not as far as I could tell. His tag was: [U.F.O.]_Awe. So I thought he was just enjoying the show. I did not hear him speak to me, nor did I speak to him. I finished off the fighters and then began to make strafing runs on the last battleship when a similarly tagged Nomad battleship showed up. He was tagged as: [U.F.O.]_Dumb. Well, he was just watching too so I went back to work on the corsair battleship. I got my target down to about 25 percent of hull when the two aliens with no warning opened fire on me simultaneously. I immediately spun off my adversary and attacked the aliens but with no bats and very few bots I stood no chance! After several minutes of engaging I spiraled into a tight barrel roll and kicked on the cruise engine dropping a double trio of CMs as I did. It worked, the cruise ignited and I was off and running. They chased me all the way into Freeport 11 where I safely hot-docked (much to their displeasure I am sure). Of course, they cost me the price of my bounty mission (which I had worked for nearly an hour for) but I docked with a ton of corsair captives so I made a small profit anyway

Wow! What a story! And there was no clue that they were there to attack you?

Well, folks and good citizens of Sirius that is the truth that you needed to hear! I think it safe to say that any pilot noticing this new race of nomads called U.F.O.s should shoot immediately on sight! Stay safe out there, brave pilots Take no chances! And thank you Hardnight for that amazing story you must be quite a pilot!

Sure.

Fellow pilots, lawful and unlawfuls alike we must band together against this new menace. This is something we have not seen before. If we do not come together to combat this new deep space terror, we will be picked off one by one! I propose a truce between factions anytime these U.F.O.s appear let us hunt them relentlessly! I say let us hoist the black flag the ancient mariners symbol of NO QUARTER and NO MERCY!

Well making a post like that this early to being here is a good sign.

And it very well could be that AW will be helping you fight these UFO in the near future if they keep up certain habits..

Any AW would be very welcome on my wing as well. I was fortunate to duel one of your pilots the other day and he proved to be a very capable fighter!
