At the moment, nothing. I would presume it's normally used in conjunction with the Criminal ID to mark players out as rule breakers, but seeing as how we never ever use that punishment it has no use at all.

seems like i remember when that was added now that you mention it. that works for me if the admins are ok with it.

will the rep be changed to be red to everyone? if so, where will Mon'Star and PSI-Borg dock for weapons, equipment, etc etc?

i can't promise i'll stop blasting NPC's......it's just too fun.

No. Admins can do it whether you are online or not. Offline is actually better.
