Despite the fact that I am not too keen on the current status of Nomad weaponry restrictions, I am inclined to say that they are both permitted. As for the marsflyer/AI thingy, I assume it's restricted to AI IDs only? In which case, again, allowable.

Also, can someone make a cap tourney for cruisers and BCs?

Cap tourney, sure I could get one going. Or you could. Or whatever is preferable (probably better if someone who doesn't wanna participate runs it (ie: me)).

As for Gallians, I would be inclined to leave them out of this one, as they are new, and, they have no RP reason to enter (well, they shoot my Zoner, so there's no way I'm gonna let 'em join in...)

By the way, just to clarify, is 1st place 200 million or 100 million?

Tis exactly as stated in the first post, 100 mill for 1st place. The 200 mill is the total payout (do some maths:P)

and no, I'm not paying 5mil to get my ship blown up in 3 passes. fighters and me don't go well together. but kudos to you for organizing all this.

I assume that Keepers are not allowed since their weapons and ships are technically the strongest ones in the game, even though they have not one missile they can use, or not one shield buster that they can use..

Speaking of factions... imagine how well your factions recuritment could be if you win the 100 mil.
