I'm never able to get the intro music of Morrowind out of my head after playing, not my favorite soundtrack though, I rarely listen to the music in games
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.
World of Warcraft has an amazing soundtrack for the original game and both expansions. I highly recommend it to everyone on the fourms.

You fear oblivion. Yet you forget. The universe remembers every atom of your being. Even dust hums your name in the dark. Roleplay is dead. Long live Powertraders and PvP I guess.

Actually, the thing that mostly got me to play Morrowind was the Soundtrack. The first view after deboarding the ship in the beginning: the quay, the water, the howling of that insect-like creature you use for travels - and then that soundtrack.
That was when I fell in love with Morrowind.
Other great OSTs:
Monkey Island series
Icewind Dale series
Neverwinter Nights series
Nearly any Star Wars game (KotOR series especially)
And, yes, Freelancer as well, though I by now am tired of it (most of the time)
Those games mentioned above also are 90% of my favourite games. Guess good music is essential, eh.
