And this idea has been discussed and so far the weight is on the part that's against the idea.

Swift I am not discouraged at all mate. It was an idea that came to me and so I figured I'd post it for some feedback and a bit of a discussion. So far its all good. I couldnt care either way if its universally accepted or rejected mate, as long as its considered by people thats fine. We've has a good little discussion going here and its all gravy baby yeah!

EDIT! I have just realised that some peole seem to of taken the word 'cap' from my initial post to mean cap ships. When I say a CAP limit I meant that you cap the limit for member numbers, not the amount of CAP ships etc. Sorry for any confusion.
