I thought there was a planned event between RM and LN to start the war....

Not a near-random sending of solo ships to battle various hostiles.

Is there any info on when this will be happening? Or is it like the mod release? (AKA this year, next year, sometime, never...)

The Official factions still have to 'start' it apparantly.
