What happened to the Solution

After the new Update(today, 15th April) i started Freelancer, but the Solution wath not a it was before.

Now it looks like this:

I have no access to Freeflight, Formation, chat, map and so on.

When i change solution to 1280x960x32 i can see everything but it looks ugly.


Some informations: I have a 22" Wide Screen and a solution of 1680x1050x32

I used this guide to change freelancer solution to 1680x1050x32 as well:

I would be very happy about solutions, the low solution is not good for my eyes :crazy:


(I hope i don't have to reinstall game, i did it soooo often)

Does your screen support 1920x1080? I was in the same boat as you. i tried that 1680x1050 guide you posted above but it didnt work for me so i went on my own. Check out my guide. It works great.

I re-edited my files and wide screen settings are back to good old 1680x1050.

Indeed. I compared the numbers in the files and noticed they are different. re-edited as well and works again.
