New House?

We have 5 main Lawful Houses: Liberty, Bretonia, Rheinland, Gallia (unstable ie civil war!) that sort of represent the westernised capitalist society and Kusari that sorta represents the Eastern Capitalist society plus all the other Rogue States like the Coalition and Pirate Houses.
But my question is can we have another Eastern slightly poorer Lawful House that represents a custom / people that has not yet been included in discovery : an Arabic / MiddleEastern House which could consist of a Lawful government / Governing royal family as they do in Arabia and unlawful groups such as pirates etc ????

Yeh but theyre could have been Middle-Eastern refugees on the sleeper ships that did escape. It could be a small house nothing large LARGE!

Some parts of the middle east are capitalist and dominate the oil industry plus have there own royal families. I doubt such people in the Sol Wars would have turned to the Side of the Coalition!
