ok, while it might look overpowered at first, you do have to assume the MR can hit something at least twice in a row in order to make a kill, thanks to how shields recharge. but this may be a way to combat gunships.

The Liberator is already a seat nailed to an engine with guns mounted to the pilot. Is he going to have a machine which converts his spit into voracious plasma?

The Liberator is already one of the most maneuverable and smallest ships in the game. There's no need to also make it one of the more heavily armed ones.

That would be toucher to face in packs. Even tough they don't have guns at all. Liberator maneuverability plus Mini Razor, Cd and mines *shivers*

The Loki only has a torp slot as a LF cause it's big and slow... The Libby is small and very fast. Unless you're a wicked aim and can slow down time and stuff, there's no way you can shoot a Libby down with your guns. Guess that's why most people just spam missiles and mines at them.
I think the Hyena should get a torp slot, though. It's massive compared with the Liberator...

In fact it's even bigger than the Guardian...


Not to mention it only has 3 guns. But then, this is just my biased opinion as a Rogue.

jokes aside, you do realise the devastation a liberator would cause? id give up using a bomber if the liberator, in its current state, got a torp slot with enough energy to fire a razor:lol:as it is, the liberator is one of the most annoying LFs ingame to hit/fight. giving it a torp slot is like mounting a nuke on an ipod and throwing it at people's faces.:mellow:

I'd recommend if you... Beef up the Liberator a bit to be VHF size...

It would have to be comparable to the Crow/Taiidan HF if it wants to keep the turning...
