As you know, There are a lot of cardi smugglers, wich use Sigmas-Rheinland cardi route, and Outcasts are hostile with Rheinland Military. But cardi smugglers indirectly help Rheinland, selling their goods in Liberty, LN, LPI and LSF forced to stop them. Should RM change their attitude to the cardi smugglers, or it will be stay as now?
Cardimine is quite the narcotic. I do believe the RFP would keep it outlawed no matter what the destination. Sometimes, justice goes past black and white lines. Despite the fact that some things may hurt the other side of a conflict, it's better for the police to think of it from a humanitarian view rather than a military one. Police don't wage wars, we protect lives and people. That's how contraband and such has to be though of.

Cardi smugglers are ruining Liberty, and indirectly helping Rheinland.

And since Hessians won't let their home fall, it will support you to some extent.

The RFP aren't corrupt like the LPI. They're not at all likely to stop apprehending Cardamine smugglers just because they destroy Liberty. Not to mention, that's considering all Cardamine smugglers part of the same operation, which they most certainly are not.

It's not profitable to give it to you, nor is it smart. The Hessians don't like the stuff, so we don't sell it in Rheinland. The Outcasts don't want to lose an ally.
