Need a Masterpiece for the Imperial Throne

The Emperor of Kusari is looking for a signature. It must be in a traditional Kusari fashion. The face from my Avatar may be used. The sig must have a traditional feel, but I dont want to feel to old, no black and white, no graininess. The Most important part is that I would like it to include attractive links to several different items.

The Titles dont have to be exactly as listed, Recruitment need not necessarily be included, as long as the links take you to the recruitment link.

As I understand that this is a complex project, I am willing to pay accordingly. For the right piece of Art, I am willing to pay in the neighborhood of 100 million credits. It may also have to be updated from time to time, and I would be willing to pay 20 million anytime the sig would need to be updated by the creator.

My view of what I am looking for is vague, so I need an artist that has a vision for the piece. If anyone has any specific questions to help with the vision, please feel free to ask.

Do you have any bigger picture of the Emperor? I mean, with all those links, this sig is most likely going to be maximum size (700wide*250tall), and using that avatar picture might make it look a bit tacky.

Im giving it a shot (because Im poor D:) but Im not sure if anything will come of it.

you realise with those thousand links, it will take
1. a huge signature
2. very small buttons
which will hinder the art itself

Don't make the buttons themselves obvious. Just take objects from the image, make them buttons. Or, even more basic, segments of the image, make them buttons.

This is more to showcase the Kusari factions than anything else. You are free to set it up in anyway you want, big buttons, small buttons, places on the sig, whatever, I just want it to be tasteful and showcase the Kusari factions.

Or use the symbols of the factions as buttons and make the symbols part of the design itself.

You said the first one looked cool so I went with the theme, I'll fix parts that you dislike.

Oh god, it doesn't look good on the forums with the blue solution skin (which is the skin I use). And do I spy white bits stuck on the IJN flag? Fixing time...

Buttons are for later. They've just taken the form of being attached to the picture for now.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, but it isn't finished. I think there's something lacking with it, but I dont quite know what it is or what would make it look like a better sig. Text needs some work too, but again I dont know what to do with it.

That doesn't help me make it better >_>...

That said, I tried to make it better.

• The Kusari emblem will be the link to the legal codex. Also, moved it down in comparison with previous revisions and embossed it.
  
• The ships off on the right will be links to their respective factions, as will the samura/kishiro logos. On that note, the Samura recruitment threat seems a bit... dead. The faction status isn't there, so I had to take the logo from kevin's sig in that thread.
  
• I corrected the coloured wings on the Drake/Dragon models in PS, they don't render properly in 3dsmax.
  
• Tried to go for some gold lettering, but it looks a bit light. I'll try and get it looking better later.
  

Tell me some changes you'd like, and I'll try to get on it tomorrow:).
