Jack opens up his email inbox, finding the usual stuff a LPI officer will get. Death threats, junk mail, the latest issue of The Donut Magazine... As he sifts through them, he finds one from his contacts in the Liberty News. He opens it up.
Jack sighs. "Another ransom demand... Maggard! Get yer butt in here, I've got somethin' for ya."
Jack gives a copy of the message to Maggard and tells him to go give it to the techies to see if they can trace or uncover anything about this person.
Jack decided to send a message to this guy.

Hey, boss, we got a few live ones here, the navy seems to want them back...now to decide who would pay more for them, the Outcasts for more work force in the field, or the Liberty officials as a way to prevent some conflict between Bretonia and Liberty.

To the terrorist or terrorists, I believe we can come to some sort of an arrangement for the safe return of these hostages. You do NOT want to harm them, trust me on this. As already seen on your photo evidence that you are in the badlands, if you are a rogue which is very likely, then rest assured if the hostages are hurt in any way shape or form, we will turn your so called secret base into a hollow shell.
