I shall hold on to "Admiral Arnaud", on the odd chance that we can consider this a "dress rehearsal", and develop the interactive roleplay thread begun by Tazuras.

So the plan from this from now on is that every other week will be an RP event. Which means that this week will be a standard battle event. As the the amount of players on each side is kinda random I think I will try leaving this open to GRN, GRP, Council, Maquis, Brigand and UC.

Register caps please for balancing.

Also as this was primarily created for the council and GRN if balancing needs to be done it will be people not in these to factions that will be asked to leave first.
