No sane Order openly attacks New York. Sure, they may pop through during a Nomad raid, but what would be the point of picking fights with the Liberty Navy? It'd be like arguing with your neighbour, only you have the same mother and similar goals that just happen to benefit each other.
This is my opinion don't call my faction leaders ,i just talk what i think ...
Well , now Order is problem ... you should check are those guys Order| or indies ... there is much indies that just want to pvp and they buy HUGE ships there, we cant control every ,when i am there i try to stop such invasions ...
but this post, lets talk about rogues ...
its totally oorp when there is group of 4 gunboats ,wealthy ones with capital mk8 ,pirating a little trader ... they aren't poor now and they pirate lots poorer traders ,huh , they should try pirate juggernaut with groups like they have, it would be possible ...
well that's funny to me , they are more organized then LN and lawful factions sometimes ...
they all log in when there isn't anyone to defend it ,
we put some group somehow( indys , couple of LN , LSF ,any everyone who wants to help) there isn't good organization in lawfuls (mostly indy capitals ordering everyone what to do ,possibly got ranks in factions but they aren't good to lead big groups) ,
yesterday there was a group coming from cali ... i told them 100 times we should wait at WP or Cali gate to stop them when they enter but no ... they got in and run into badlands ...we moved there ... they run we wait ,they wait ... we try couple of attacks but our capitals useless cant hit a thing ... well then they got reinforcement and we all get destroyed ... rogues aren't unorganized and poor anymore
Bevel, Your the first so you get one of Raisu's famous points.
They are worth $1,000,000 USD if you find someone willing to do such a trade.
Generally its a trader/smuggler of some sorts using the route FLCompanion told them was the shortest.
Wrong, the Order use it to attack the Liberty Navy / LSF, forces they see as a threat to their own people, and for some other reason, but not specifically to attack New York as they are against harming civillians.
Usually, people are given a bit of slack if its their first offense, Having all records of the area deleted from their ship (which leaves them with no proof to any later claims to its existance).
Now, even IF people did know about Alaska, theres the matter of the Secured Jump Gate.... Keeping to Character, only LN / LSF would be able to access the gate to activate it. That is of course saying that not even Ageira would have control of it whatsoever. Order have the technology to bypass the gate's security in whatever way you deem appropriate. Nomads simply power the gate by a third-party source (generally, "themselves") if i remember correctly.

Woot for Raisu Famous Points:yahoo:
I went through the alaska system origanlly(in my above post) so I could get to Manhatten so i could replace one of my transport turrets that got blown off. but any way even if a gate is built secure I bet some one in Ageria's leading members would have the codes of some sort. But thats just me.

Why So SIRIUS?...(Give credit to my brother for this one XD)
Lo and behold! Our dear Tenacity will return in 20days!

Sure, Ageira might hold a monopoly over Gates and Lanes, but why would LN/LSF leave out such an important detail as to leave Ageira with access to the gate? My point of view, the access codes to the gate change every now and then making sure no one who shouldn't have access, doesn't have access.
But this threads on Liberty Lawfuls vs Unlawfuls
Lets give three cheers to the people who raid texas with 4 Rheinland Battleships everyone!
Erm... after you were arrested you were put in a military prison. "selling" the location of the Alaska gate is very very OoRP. But hey, who said RP mattered on this server anyways...
So the way I've been RPing it, Alaska is a publically known, but very secure military installation, think of it like Area 51. The general public knows about its existence, yes. They also know that going there without permission is a very bad idea. They don't know what's going on inside though.
I think people above me are forgeting, that the lolwut aspect of the game, aka the people, shows the npc faction.
If they are pirating in 3 cap 8 gunboats, it's their problem, as they simply do not know the rogue Rp well enough.
Back on the matter on hand, in theory the LR would assist the lawfuls on attacking the RNC battleships, because, not only rogues need Hfuel, which they can salvage once they have taken down those boats, but it should be of interest to protect liberty territory from outsiders, much like the xenos would, but, in this case, it is because, that while the rogues could work with the liberty government undercover sometimes, they would doubth they would be able to do so with Rheinland.
' Wrote:Thats why i said "corrupt" make of it what you will. Like I said earlier, the general public will view what we do as corrupted. and n00blet, check the stock exchange please tee hee.
I would not call it corrupt methods or actions, simply alternative, unorthodox and slightly shady.:P
(Checked and replied. Apologies about disappearing on you, my internet cut out.)
Here is my two cents from an LPI perspective. First, the LPI do not care about getting tips from unlawfuls. If they wanted intel, they would ask the LSF. Second, the LPI do not need LR's help in fighting invading Rheinland ships. If they needed help, they would ask the Liberty Navy. Third, the LPI are not currently corrupt and will not allow themselves to be corrupted. You may not know this, but once a month, Chief Myers submits each and every LPI officer to an extensive polygraph test. The questions are thorough and highly invasive. Many of them have to do with corruption and bribes. As he asks the questions, he stands behind us with a tazer, set very high, and jabs it in our necks for every untruthful answer. Trust me when I tell you, the LPI are incorruptible.
' Wrote:I think I brought this up before already, that the government is somewhat corrupt after all, the LPI more prone to underground deals as a npc faction, but between the other factions, like LSF and LN and LR specifically, it seems to be a...well..more or less a cooperation in Liberty.
I thought that secret work with lawfulls and collecting junk after battles is Junkers job.
If police, navy and security forces cooperate with bandits, it means the corruption in Liberty has reached extreme level, and this is the beginning of an end of Liberty.
