Without things like orbit it's hard to say when the planet's gravity becomes your gravity. Personally I think you're each looking up at the other.

....

I'm having trouble following your train of thought.

Sounds like Freelancer or the next MMORPG to me.

Freelancer costs less and is user interactive, rather than 'GRINDGRINDGRIND!'.

For the Core.

Jup. Instead of GRINDGRINDGRIND, it's ; PEWPEWPEWPEWP.

Honestly, since I've been playing it, grinding is like 25% of it all. To me anyhow.

Can't argue with you on the cost, but most people figure out that grinding is no fun and start doing things with groups of friends for experience. Plus if we're going to go into repetition I might point out that every mission ever in freelancer consists of the following:

1: <named enemy> is in <place>! Go kill him!
2: <named enemy> is in <place> with <item>! Kill him and retrieve the item!
3: <enemy faction> is in <place>! Go kill them!
4: <enemy faction> is in <place>! Go kill them, but this time we'll send buddies!
5: <enemy faction> is in <place>! Go kill them, watch out for weapons platforms!

etc.

I'm not trying to make fun of freelancer, I love freelancer, I just have a hard time wrapping my head around some of these complaints when they're the exact same thing you deal with here. I don't play much WoW anymore but stuff like this is a part of the MMORPG experience!

Every game has a standard patern it repeats, even origional games like Spore. It's all about starting up, doing this and that, finishing, and starting over again.

sorry for double post but i didn't see this until later

i detest people like you.

if a parent buys the game for their children then it should be the parents responsibility to control the time to game is being played.

saying what you said is an excuse for the parents to not take the blame and give it to something else, like the game their kid is addicted to because of poor parenting.

What about all the adults who have no parents to control it for them? Really, half the people I know who have been forced to quit WoW have looked back and thought 'Oh god... Is that what I wasted all those years doing?'.

The edit button exists for a reason.
