This is most grevious news for me Admiral, I am most sorry that this even happened I have been on a tepmorary leave from command and left one of my Admirals in command...But now that I am back I am ready to assume command. And I have already begun inquiry into other events that have occured and they do involve the person that attacked you. I was unaware of this and DID not order it and would not have...
Admiral Kaine is headed towards punishment and if my investigation into this matter determines it is necessary I will proceed to punish him accordingly. However, Grand Admiral Mcintosh I would like (before I proceed) to have a full detailed account of what happened. What was said to another and I will be requesting the same from Fleet Admiral Kaine.
Again I am most sorry this happened and it will not go unpunished...

After one earth day in orbit above Gran Caneria and after some heavy magnetic interfence( Server Crash ) Sleeper Cell launched from GC and HF-Renegade starting transmitting some garbled, confusing message about prirating in a cruiser. Shortly after my crew and I were hit with a blast from a Inferno. I did not retreat my crew and I retaliated and used up all our bats and nanos but we were still defeated by the liberty cruiser. It has come to my attention through my channels that members of the HF are attempting to reduce tensions with the SF. This can be done, but the first requirement is simple...keep your ships out of Cambridge. They have yet to do so for any appreciable length of time and hence why should we believe any of your intentions are sincere since you can't even perform that request.
Keep your ships out of Cambridge and tensions can be reduced, until then the KOS order will remain in effect.
Admiral Firebird, the reports are true to an extent... Since we are not the enemies of Bretonia we are trying at least to be able to move through Cambridge. I will keep my ships out of Cambridge for the time being. We wish merely to pass through the system...

Is that a threat? Mcintosh? I should hope not, I have yet to hear the report from my officer once I recieve it I will make my final descision...Of course if he does not give me a report in two days I will release my punishment on him. I merely wish to know and hear all sides of the story before I punish one of my officers more than he has already been for other crimes...

Ariel... The HF would be happy to help but we cannot begin escort until you reach the omega 5 jump hole. As we are banned from Cambridge until further notice. However this sort of escort could cost anywhere from 5 million to 20 million credits depending on what you would like to escort you.

Admiral Mcintosh, that statement certainly sounded like a threat...But if you say it is not then I will believe you.
And I will have the full report as soon as my XO gives his full story...But Mcintosh it would be helpful if you could list all persons involved in the event. And give me their full reports and perhaps that of anyone who may have been in the area.
This is a sad day...I have finished my investigation into the events that have been occuring, those involving the former 2nd Grand Admiral. I have a punishment for the crimes for which he has been charged.
For direct disobedience and defiance Mark Kaine (Best Flyer Here) You are no longer 2nd Grand Admiral you are the rank of Fleet Commander.
The second punishment, for Mark Kaine's (Best flyer here's) actions while in command of the renegade the rank Fleet Commander is reduced to Captain.
I did not want it to come to this but Mark would not give me a full report of the happenings so I was forced to act. However I am giving him a pardon for the actions against the unarmed Medical Frigate of the Sirius Federation. Even though that was a dishonorable act he has been enough punished for his actions.
In a further note, Vulture (Mista Shoultz) Is being promoted (I need an XO) to the rank of Fleet Admiral.
This is a bittersweet thing to do, I value my former XO but he has many crimes against HF. Many of which I have put up with but now my hand has been forced. Vulture you are a great officer, however your promotion is one of necessesity do you understand? You are under full review for this ranking and after Mark's amazing display of defiance I will not tolerate misconduct.
OOC: Flyer I didn't want to do this, you are my friend but if I let you get away with these things what kind of a leader am I? I am sorry, I have let you get away with many things and now I drop the hammer. Also you were complaining to me about Supernova not following your orders and yet you go behind my back and do exactly the same? Hipocracy is a dangerous thing.
As for Mista Shoultz, you are only being promoted because I need to promote you so when you make descisions keep that in mind. You are a good officer and have my respect. Use this rank wisely.
Flyer my respect and trust in you has been greatly diminished I would recommend doing what you can to fix this mess you have found yourself in.

Side Note: There has been some changing of ranks. I am now the Supreme Commander instead of Grand Admiral. The second in command position is now Executive commander. Grand Admirals are now acheivable ranks. However none are full.
