This time it's a fun subject known as ganking... apparantly 2-3 missile spamming Gunboats and two hunter fighter/bombers attacking two bombers isn't overkill enough already, so an [LN] fighter decides to jump in as well, along with another LN indie fighter.
Yeah, congratz, I hope ruining someone else's day really made you happy. We were on for about 5 minutes and see what happens? 8+ Navy vessels bored out of their minds come to stomp on some Rogues. Including several [LN] Capital Ships. We didn't even get to RP <_<
I'm not impressed with what I've seen from the [LN] recently.
We really do try hard in the Rogues to prevent these situations from happening to you, we at least remove ourselves from those doing the ganking. Would be nice if you showed some common curtousy and did the same for us.
And to add from my side. We know that the navy hates us, I know that many hate us, but I thought it was the Faction's job to balance the independent firepower to prevent ganking, no to join it.
I indeed had high hopes today, stoping traders, Rping in local with my Rogues, instead I get 8+ navies, two BHG, some merc who took SW potshots at me as well as a 20% laged, shieldrunning razorguardian.
I think you made my day indeed, oh indeed. Next time I will indeed stick to a Roc maybe...?

There you go. Tom Preager, the LN who decided to push the over kill one step further. Hell, even some of the indies had the decency to stay out of it, I believe one or two of the Gunboats as well as the Carrier stood back and watched. Even after I asked him to back off he continued to shoot at me.

NO U doesn't work in the situation, Jake. You can try to redirect the blame at us.. but the fact is I didn't come here to talk about independants. Your point is irrelevant.
Guess I should give the situation sketch from where I was standing.
Joe Cris and me arrive at the spot where there are apparently two rogues fighting some naval folks.
The balance I see before deciding to join the battle is:
2 kusari (don't ask me what kind) bombers
Vs
A liberty gunboat (which was not going to last long) and a guardian LN indie.
Sooo I join the fray. Apparently there was some LNS gunboat that joined the fray after because after doing some damage I get a complaint that two gunboats and two fighters vs 2 bombers is overkill (which I absolutely agree with)
Sooo I back off from the battle. The gunboat is called back and I rejoin the fray.
The indie gunboat gets killed off shortly after. After a little more dancing around the two LR bombers make their way for the field with thrusters.
After a short chase I start my RP assuming they had broken off however the LN indie guardian was following them a little more and is engaged about 3K away from me. I once again rejoin the fray.
The fight moves into the field. Eventually the one LR bomber is hurt and decides to retreat. I figured I ain't letting it off the hook easy this time because it's had it's chance. So I try for a little trick.
I engage cruise right after it did and snipe it off while we were both on cruise speed. (which is apparantly Cheap)
Then... I have to log off and the rest I don't know off.

You just said it, there were others around. Even a Carrier. So why didnt you just move on? If others say the Fight is fair, why dont you think it's fair?
And it was a Barghest and an Orchid. Orchid is a Golden Chrysanthemums Bomber. There werent two Kusari Bombers.
