Errr, might have missed this, but is there any point where the trader actually consorted with pirates? Like same group, gave money, etc? If there is no explanation other than the same person, then thats not a reason.
I once had an AW and a Phantom char. That didn't mean my Phantom was an AW.
1. PM to the admins. Do not post in on the forums. Why? Because a flame war is the only result!
2. If you accuse someone you must have evidence. Ie. screenshots.
3. Don't get pissy with everyone in a clan just b/c of one rotten apple. (not saying Cricket is)
4. Don't swear.
5. Don't tell the admins their business. I'm sure that know it very well.
6. Remember this is RP.... [SF] has every right to kick you out of Cambridge no questions asked. If you consorting with pirates or carrying contraband its lucky they didn't shoot first and ask questions later.
Guess I should post my point of view seeing as I was responsible for the SF order for Warhorse to leave... *sigh*
The situation was that we had known hostile ships, Phantom and HF in Cambridge. Positions unknown.
[HF]Steve.McCloud was asked to leave but wished to switch ships in system.
The request was to leave Cambridge before switching ships.
Warhorse, your support for HF was undermining a valid SF request.
You were asked your purpose in Cambridge and told you could leave when ready. An escort(Cricket) was provided to see you safely out of the system.
If you wished to stay and listen to the RP you could have remained docked at that point until you were ready to depart or the threat was over. The last thing we wanted at that point was more potentially hostile ships in the area, especially a Rheinland Cruiser. We didn't know if there was going to be a shooting match or another attempt at a MOX bomb attack on Cambridge.
As to the modding question, I think Aeon has already explained that he was dodging. Not that hard to do with thrusters.
I have a different loadout that requires frontal attack. That would be why I was much easier to hit.
I realize That , I Normly have a Decent Temper , And it takes alot Normly To get it to that point .
The Pirate that was thier , was Asked to leave system and on his way out he was telling them that hes going to run cargo , with his Trader Fraction ship . But the SF basicly Kept telling him NO ! That he will be shot on sight should he return to cambridge !
So thats what got me sparked up a little , I had simular problem with =Bsg= Where 1 ship was a pirate and My other was a train . Yet Once a pirate Always 1? ..
Well the =BSG= did see this after , and let it go.
But the SF in this case no.
So i had said in server in system to let him go. They told me i got no athority in system . I said fine !
I also said That I have a Pirate Ship as well , And on this ship my role play is Bounty Hunter Or policing ! I asked am i a Pirate in this ship to, because i have a pirate Ship on a dif charactor?
I Just asked Why? And My Reply was " what buisness you got here ?
My Reply was my roleplay here is bounty Hunter & police , my id tag is BOunty hunter .
Thier reply Was : Ok warhorse Your free to leave system when u are ready !
Everythings fine , till i undock from station !!
Next thing you know i was orderd out of system. So like Wheres the role Play in that?
Next thing you no i was Being harrased and tailed , so yah of coarse i fired to get away.

& i Know it was a mod , i cant prove it as i was to pissed to hit print screen , so after a bit i just left server.
Now as far as me swearing in forum , that i am sorry for.

Im Basicly Not mad at all of SF|CLAN Mainly Crickey & his acumplis , for i dont even remember who he was , but SF tagged !
I had Nothing to Do with any other hostil Ship in the area Or was unaware !
And its Kinda Late For my Warhorse Chars "WarHorse" & "MMZ>Warhorse " As they have Been Deleted from server & starting them over would be Phewww !

And for Msging admin over this i have .. on the hopes he was online he coulda logged in and checked Crickets ship out for mods..

I guess I misinterpreted your response when you said you were a pirate. If you need funds to make up another character to replace those deleted, PM LoganKell ingame.
Hopefully someone else will get promoted soon in SF so I don't have to make these decisions.
as this thing with thrusters i dont realy think i understand , as i was hitting him more than you ! and his shields never flinched , yet yours did, and for being hit much less...
thats what makes me suspect a mod. as his shoulda droped as well , and they did not , not 1 little bit.
i had no idea that thier was other hostil ships in area , that hf guy that was thier i understand u asking his pirate ship to leave , but not a trader ship if he so wanted to trade , as than it would be a difrent roleplay. & i felt that to be unfair.
i never saw in chat where u said he leaves system first , than it was ok .. i seen down right no! if you return here you will be shot on sight .. that is what i read..

We wouldn't ask an untagged trader character to leave unless they were openly hostile.
A tagged KoS or hostile character, we would.
In this case, the tagged character was asked to leave. The OOC stuff can wait until the RP is done.
