this is an concept of an rheinland reconaissance ship
now with the liberty war i think that it is needed a ship big enought to cary performant "lisening" sistems, but still small enought for get-in get-out missions
(it could be a heavy gb or an light cruiser)

I like the design of that listening or reconaissance ship you got there. Really fits in with the current design features of the Rheinland Navy.

I got two things to say that needs a tweak in my eyes, on the last picture of that ship there appears to be what I assume to be 5-6 engine exhausts, is that for 5-6 engine trails? If so, reduce it to two or three, it doesn't fit in with the ship if it has that many thrusters for that size of ship.

Lastly, I'm not a big fan of the doughnut like ring on the back.

Apart from that, brilliant model.

Now for the prison ship.

Looks like a stripped down Battleship, I like it! A good way for some people to RP decommisioned battleships of the Rheinland Navy into prisoner service.

Good work there my lad.:)

They both simply look very well constructed and well..Rheinlandish.
They aren't simply just the same design but changed somewhat like many of the fighters but are completely new designs that fit their shipline, nicely done.

The first ship requires a bit more of a cockpit really. If it's to be a fighter/bomber size thing then it definitely needs a proper cockpit.
If it's to be bigger, the texture on the cockpit/bridge needs changed slightly.

If it is to be a fighter btw, my only complain in terms of design fit would be the lack of the usual 'wings' that the fighters etc have.

The second ship I can't find fault with.

Just my suggestions btw.

Wow.. they are both really impressive! The recon ship has a lovely sort of WW2/retro style to it.

I'm looking forward to seeing more models from you sycima.. *hint hint*

First one, made me think of a ship class that's missing from Freelancer as opposed to always being in other spaceship games (though the fact it's missing is because of balance issues I'm sure).

Frigates.

However, first one seems to look like it will perform in the Battlecruiser department.

Second one fits the role of a prison ship, in my eyes, in terms of looks.

Lovely designs there.

Love the designs, but I think the front end of the first one looks unfinished, as if it's been decapitated. The front isn't really reminiscent of Rhienland designs. Looks like it could almost be a light carrier if you turned the front into a launching bay.

First ship, in the back. Could this engine-part be removed and the engine be fitted onto this circle-like thing? Would look better i think.

On the second ship, this engine in the back does fit i think.

Good work else than that!

But please sumbit this for 4.86, not for another beta of .85

In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.

For the First one, get rid of the "hardpoint" things on the front, Rheinland guns look far better directly mounted on the hull without a tower thingy for it to mount on.

Also I would advise for you to replace the windows you have on it now for the ones that are already on Rheinland cap ships.

Finally there is something about the rear doughnut thing that doesn't quite look right, perhaps if you closed it so it make a full circle and kinda flattened out the sides a bit so it would make for a proper Rheinland engine reactor.

My second and last suggestion remain true for the second model, but I would like to see the Cruiser tower imitators on the side removed or atleast made wider and closer to the hull with a new texture, right now they just look like flimsy things.

EDIT: Also, Rheinlands current GB is considered a heavy one unless I'm mistaken, the new one might better fit as a lighter GB.
