The Junker's commercial dealer dude has been accepted with open arms and is doing good business with Kusari as the Junkers expand their operations, am I right?
If so, that's a bit of a lie. Kusari hate foreigners, not just the Hogosha. The Hogosha also have a large hand in Kusari government, and would likely have you and any of your representatives made enemies of the state in short order.
Ingame actions:
Had to chase out a JSF Rheinland Pirate Cruiser from Kusari.
Am I the only one who thinks that is ridiculous?
It eventually died to a different [IG] destroyer than my own, but still.
A barge which logs off every time a real player from Kusari logs on.
On the one hand, fair enough, if you get caught out, you'll be swarmed faster than a whale eats plankton.
But on the other, you can't really roleplay an incursion into Kusari whilst not being accused of powerplaying your way there, if nobody can actually kill you.
Lets also be clear. The corporations, the military, the police, the guard and the emperor himself will hunt the Junkers in Kusari down. Anybody found to be dealing with them will also face persecution. This is to be made clear by the Emperor himself in the near future.

I think Tinkerbell doesn't like the idea that both Freelancer and the Community are ONLY black an white.
I think politics have a place even in this si-fi shooter game, its only RP anyways.
We should not judge what is in-RP or OORP, or even judge other people's POW based on our own... that's simply narrowminded.
I don't feel that strongly on this issue, but I know a lot of people do. I'm sure you do too. If they percieve you as powerplaying, then they will powerplay against you. Both sides will claim the other is powerplaying, and blah blah blah.
Flag-waving is done in the form of Junker players trancing through Kusari on a regular basis, so I disagree when you say that there is no flagwaving.
Why would the Corsairs or the Gaians shoot Junkers? The Corsairs need Yanagi and Trafalgar for the Sigma's and Bretonia respectively, and the Gaians have enough to deal with as it is.
Quote:Our commercial agent has been doing wonderfully--completely accepted by the locals-- and its his take and that onboard the research station that should finance most of the deal here.
(From the rising shadows story)
Quote:No one said a Junker trader was accepted. There isn't one.
Are you sure about that?
You want feedback, right? This is about all the feedback that you're going to get from other serious Kusari players whose toes you're stepping on. Perhaps this is only a gripe, but if Zelot (or someone who cares more) were posting, you'd get far more scathing posts than these...
Fair enough, I'm fine with that.
But it isn't me that you have to convince...
If it makes it any better, I only have KNF/IG which kind of fulfill the same role.
@Tinkerbell
Seriously. Feedback is not always a good thing, sometimes people won't simply abandon their protective & conservative environment where everything "alien" is automatically labeled as OORP and help "build a new RP opportunity" as it is also labeled as "powerplay"
As I, unfortunately, didn't have the opportunity of seeing your agent in-game i can't provide any constructive criticism yet, so I'll leave it at what I thought needed to be said.
Ship's log, stardate I have no idea...the water is pouring now. I don't know how much longer the Enterprise can stay afloat. I've asked Scotty to try to divert warp power to the bilge pumps but the ship can't take much more of the strain--at least that's what he is telling me if I am getting that thick accent of his right. I am going to have Spock try to beam the water out with the transporter--it's our only hope now. I hope the crew has followed orders and not peed in it...Kirk out.
I can't remember ever being so wet...transporters failed...circuits are soaked. I've declared a "fun day" and issued swim suits to the crew. A Klingon vessel is demanding our surrender but I have informed them we are a water park, not a starship. Uhuru is actually selling tickets to them now. I pray Scotty and Spock will have the water slide constructed soon. Bones has also confirmed my worst fears--some of the crew have peed in the water. I didn't, I swear!...Kirk out.
