whats the point? futhermore, you cannot judge which is the best, since each is useful in different ways.


edit: plus you got solaris as an option twice for cruiser weaponry.

For an Order Recon Cruiser, Order cruiser Missiles are you friend...! ( 5 K range... and only 9 K less damage than a LM)

in that case, you should have an option for all 3 poll sections called "other", which allows the people to give other descriptions that suit them best.

Against bomber/fighters?

Don't bother with Flaks.
If in a Battleship, hope it isn't against more than 2 bombers.
You are really just a big target to them and it is so so sooooo easy to avoid fire from others and fling a few s'novas at such a big target.

battleships:

secondaries ( combined with razors and flaks ) - but it also depends on how many "spare" turrets you have and how great your powercore is

cruisers:

solaris, everything else is too slow - and even solaris are bad

gunboats:

primarily normal turrets - in combination with missiles

edit: @below post ... : its supposed to only flash up a fraction of a second.

...whaddya mean, cruiser and BS missiles ain't like GB missiles?

(yeah, I don't fly anything over GB size, so I can't really comment...except to say that transport turrets ain't any good at taking out fighters...)

Oh, and Jinx, I think the text on your sig is flashing up too fast.

Fortunately a capship should rarely be put in a position of needing to kill fighters =)
