Just to warn you in advance, when you play with different levels of transparency in a GIF file those don't tend to turn out amazingly. GIFs are okay when the transparency in use is very simple or when the two images don't use transparent areas, but in your case I predict some problems.

*Shrug*

Good luck anyway. I'm probably just too biased against their use at this point.

New sig, I made it myself. I know it's hard to see, but bear with me. I'm lazy.

this is my latest effort, however the freeware i used ( gimp) has its limits ( Only understand half of it) and i am just an amateur

mostly i get all i can find from the internet and throw it together, this time i used more ingame pictures
once the frames are made , the rest of them is easy

okay, so I did it by hand, I didnt really have much option (i've no money to pay for a good render)

Why don't you use any of the photoshop tools? Like the Pen tool (best)? Or Magic lasso? That's what I ment. If you're using Gimp or something, it should have those options too.

indeed Gimp has a freeselect tool wich is quite usable for renders

@Zasalamel: I hate the character render, primarily because she looks like a miner, and not like a police officer, remember that the character is an LPI officer (I presume based on the rest of the sig) so this does not really fit.
