Errm, anyway... We have a bar! The Buccaneer's Bay is now open to all Buccaneer pilots. I wouldn't recommend getting in without an invite or if you're not on our roster though, because the door security is a bit overzealous when it comes to strangers.:P
The Junkers may not be too keen on you using Trafalgar as a base of operations, especially if it results in increased scrutiny from the BPA. The odd, lone pirate bomber operating out of a Junker base may be all well and good, but, when it comes to the point of an entire organisation using it as a staging point, especially to attack other pirates, things become a mite more complex...

The Junkers benefit because they get a share of our taking, as per the Buccaneer's deal with them, not to mention we rent facilities from them on top of that, so they make plenty of cash out of us being there. We also make a habit of running for the hills when the law turns up, and mostly hitting the embargo runners in Leeds, so it's not like the BAF and BPA has much to complain about.

I'm afraid that the Junker thing was a less-than ideal solution to an otherwise unsolvable problem. Any faction who doesn't fit the vanilla mold hits the docking problem, and we're no exception. Unless we get our own bases (and I don't see that likely, at least at this point), then we're stuck where we are.
I did make an OOC query to the Junker Congress about using Trafalgar when we were first thinking up the faction, since it will pretty much kill the whole deal if we couldn't use it, but I never got a response.
Seeing as some Corsairs base off of Trafalgar, and seeing as we go out of our way not to bother the BAF or BPA, I don't think it would be a problem.
I like it, the faction status is well set out and neat, although I would suggest putting the ID and IFF on there, so people know. Liberty Rogue IFF and Pirate ID? I wouldn't of thought of that but it is a good choice. Looking at your roster it looks like you have alot of people who are well known in the community, very good role-players and very active.
I'm considering signing up, send me some more detailed info via pm and I may very well consider it.
[17:45:39] Wolfs Ghost (Murphy): Tom, you have problems. Go kill yourself.
[19:25:12] Johnny (Jam): Tomtom, I will beat you with a spoon.
[14:22:56] Prarabdh Thakur: KILL HIM WITH A SHEEP.
[17:40:48] Eagle (Junes): Tom should be slapped with a spoon.
[11:32:18] Warspite: Thank you for being so awesome Tom. <3
[18:17:36] Metano: I love you tomtom
[20:06:24] Warspite: I will seriously give you epic head.

I still feel that making such deals is bad for business. Junker bases are open to anyone who isn't shooting them, but, once you start basing operations off them, you have the problems of needing accommodation, supplies, even designating an area as "yours"...with the current idea of pirating other pirates, that's going to anger said unlawful factions, and may even perturb the Junkers somewhat (hitting up blockade runners is one of their favourite past times in RP). I'm not looking to derail your idea, but I dislike people that see neutral bases as an expedient way to get "closer to the action".
Perhaps try opening diplomatic negotiations with one of the other pirate factions that operates in Bretonia and gaining access to their bases (obviously in return for not trying to pirate them...), would also solve the tag problem, too...hell, maybe even a Gaian tag/pirate ID would fit, referencing the rumors about the "piratey" Gaians.
