Uhm...i was harassed by this LIBERTY_NAVY guy as well, didn't had the exact wording of the law in mind (i don't visit Liberty that much), so i handed my Pirates over to him, after that he shot them in space. After re-reading the laws and this thread, i can say that the next indie navy/police guy demanding anything unreasonable will be reduced to space dust.
