Tenacity, I take back all those nasty things I said about you behind your back. :P

That ship is exactly what I've been thinking about for the perfect pirate ship. The Buccaneers would definitely want a handful of those for high-level members, since we don't use gunboats. My only real issue with it is the front end. It's a little too square for my liking. I think it should be a bit more boat-like, somewhat similar to the Borderworld Transport.

Other than that, though, I find no other fault with it.

Again, how big the thing is, because there is a size limit of a ship you can get through the icefields, like Whitney, or badlands for example.

It needs to be resized just a little tho, Rogue/Molly shipline ships are more long then wide, so it would take care of the "BW" feel to it, but thats the ridges on the bottom causing it.

Overall, I like this model, yes, but what stats should it have?

EDIT: A rogue abrge would be like...you take 4-6 pirate trains, rip off the rear side, the cockpit and all, then weld it together with thick pipes, put a GB bridge ontop.

If it's going to be a pirate frigate, then I'd think it should have GB weapons, largish powerplant to support them. Not too big, though, since you don't want someone spamming razors. It should be sized bigger than a gunboat, and a lot slower. For shields/armor, I think having them consistent with a transport, rather than a gunboat would be appropriate.

It should be able to make the average trader blow a brown note, but not really be able to handle a stand-up fight against anything significant.

EDIT:
I'm not sure I see how size is the massive issue everyone says it is. I can get a Shire through any field, and that thing's huge. Takes a little maneuvering, but it can be done.

Well, say, 4 turrets, 2 front, 2 back, Zoner GB powerplant, transport shield, cruiser handling, the size of two shires.

EDIT: A CD slot....MAYBE.
EDIT2: Nevermind, no need for a CD slot, since it would encaurage teamwork instead. Armor is sacrificed for cargo, so a GBs armor and 300-400 BBS

Not sure about the bridge - I know it's a little late to criticise the model now that it's textured and all but I'd move the bridge further to the back of the ship.

And maybe make the engines a little rounder.

Apart from that it looks good though it doesn't feel that much like a pirate vessel. Maybe adding some of those signy fins the Rogue's and Molly's ships have?
