Hail! to the Congressmen and Women of the Junkers,
My Name is Colonel Cameron Mitchell. I am contacting you in the hopes that my group of Freelancers Deaths| would be allowed to dock on your stations throughout Sirius. We would only ask that we be able to have access to to your Bar, Commodities Dealer, and Equipment Dealer. I am not sure, what you may want in return for this request, but I will do everything in my power to meet your demands, and to make this treaty plausible.
A special request would be that the Deaths| be granted access to Arecibo Base in Puerto Rico as the equipment there seems to be of very high quality. We would not be interested in your factions weapons, as much as we would be interested in being able to purchase armor, scanners, and the occasional SNAC or Minirazor, as our ships seem to have issues with both, neccessitating repurchase after the capacitors are irreparable. At this time, we have no need to access any of your other bases in Puerto Rico, however i would ask that the Junkers Congress would keep an open mind, aas we may request to dock our larger vessels at a more suitable base.
Of course, I dont expect this request to come cheaply, and I would of course, submit a request to the Junkers Congress, should we be granted access to Aricebo Base, before any of our men arrived. I understand that this request to access something as Secretive as your Guard System may be denied, in which case I would request that with exclusion to your Guard System, we be granted access to the amenities listed in my opening statement.

Well gentlemen, it's like this, Junker bases are open ports. We only deny docking rights to those who give us a reason to do so and you will know when that happens. If you want to assure that you do not fall into the category of those who have their rights revoked I might offer some advice. First off, we don't like fighting outside our bases so please respect a 5k no fire zone around all Junker bases. This means, I don't want to hear that the other ship fired first or whatever, I really don't care, just don't do it. We tend not to ask questions when ships dock at our bases because your business is.......well your business. That being said, I really don't like it when people have a very public disregard for the law and bring trouble I don't need to our front door.
Which brings up my next point. I have been seeing your names appear on the neural net quite a bit lately. You have been collecting a large number of enemies and they are the kind I'd rather not see showing up at Junker bases with hostile intent if you know what I mean. More trouble I don't need. Now this is only a suggestion and you can take it for whatever it's worth, but you might want to look into a more low profile existence and not take so much pride in having so many people out to kill you.
I hope this clears things up for you. The Congress is currently discussing your request regarding Arecibo. My main concern is that your enemies do not become our enemies, we want no part in your conflicts. You will be hearing from us.

A clarification on our behalf. I, Colonel Mitchell, wouldnt go as far as to say, we are enemies of everyone in a faction, therefore making that faction your enemy. The more accurate statement would be that Deaths| have had less then likeable run ins with individuals from these factions, which seems to be conveying that Deaths| hate everyone.
This is highly inaccurate, however, I can understand your logical reasoning.
Trafalgar's identity has always been unique and our politics our own. Whilst we're happy for the Congress to represent the Junker cause, docking rights are decided by the local officials - not by Puerto Rico. I share Jack Crow's well founded concerns & observations & will wait for the Congress's official position on this matter.
