joining the nomads

first off, is it possible for a normal char to become nuetrel with nomads? also, if not is "The Shrine" nuetral anyways? and last but not least, i've been doing some exploring in nomad systems and i have found nomad bases, but none call "The Shrine", is that the official name, or just what everyone calls it?

Becoming neutral to the nomads in the sense of game mechanics is hard, since they have no connection to the reps of other factions, you'd need an admin to help you.
In RP terms, becoming neutral to the nomads (Keepers) is possible, I believe some people have managed it, although it must've required a great deal of work, as in, lots of RP.

Also, the Shrine you are looking for can't be find in actual nomad space, you have to look much closer to Liberty, I suggest you start in Magellan;)

In order to become a Nomad, you have to have a lot of work involved to do so, work meaning Roleplay.

Check around on the forums for how the Keepers RP, if you're serious about it, you can start working on getting your character closer to the point of how they do it, and maybe achieve an invite to the faction.

But, as I said, this involves a lot of work, you'd better be prepared for that much at least.
