I would suggest switching your cargo off at an independent party's base before continuing to either Liberty or Rheinland. Some commodities are even banned to enter either sector. For the record, the Insurance Claims Recovery Division of Interspace Commerce will not be insuring goods monetarily or via make up runs for goods meant for breaking the blockade.
