Yes and no.

Junkers are a laid-back faction. The Congress is a bit more forward in that it's a bunch of Junker 'Dons' joining at a table. While there are Junkers at this table that are a bit more willing to dirty their hands than others, there are some things the Congress wouldn't touch. This is where the Jackals come in.

Jackal Wing is to the Congress what Luca Brasi was to Don Corleone, if you catch my drift. They're the well-retained assassins kept in apartments with guns in guitar cases.

I thought that the thing behind the Jackal Squadron was stealth so how can you be prepared for something that can or cannot happen? You say your going to get some "real armor now",Why so serious? No need to worry nothing's going to happen. Or is it?
