Greetings to the Liberty Navy High Command,


Deaths| are filing the following agains the Liberty Navy:
Harrasment by a Member of the LN
Condoning Pirateing of Lawfuls, by Lawfuls
Attempted Murder By an LN officer
Lawsuit: 100 million

In addition to all these charges being filed against the LN all of these are being filed against Commodore Malaign:
Attempted Murder/Assault
Acts of High Treason: Pirating
Coercion
Harrasment
Deriliction of Duty

To start off, Colonel Mitchell recieved a very....unprofessional message from Commodore Malaign. Unless the LN refuses to plead guilty, and formally charge Commodore Malaign, using the already, irrefutable, and overwhelming evidence stacked against her, the message will be released, making the Disgrace of the LN even greater then it already is.

The following 2 Plea Bargains are the only ones Deaths| are willing to accept. As this public outrage could cost Hale his Commission, I suggest you not take this lightly.

1. 100 million sirius credits, paid to Deaths|Col.Mitchell, Public LN Statement of apology to The Deaths| in particular Col.Mitchell by Admiral Hale, Deranking/dishonorable discharge of Commodore Malaign.

2. Resignation of Commodore Malaign, and Admiral Hale, Permanently. 50 million sirius credits.

The following plea bargain is being offered to the BHG| involved:

1. For reimbursement of all confiscated weapons to Deaths|, 20 million Sirius Credits apiece will be paid to Deaths|Col.Mitchell. Refusal of this offer, results in the prosecution revoking said bargain, and pressing for the death sentence allowed under Sirius law to be enforced by Liberty Navy/LPI/LSF.

The offer of this prosecution, to commute the death sentence at this time is more than fair. We expect to hear back from the High Command promptly, as, even being a government entity, you are in no way guaranteed, these bargains, should you wish to stall for time.

Commodore Malaign harrased several Deaths| in particular Major Marshall, until Colonel Mitchell arrived. Evidence will be provided below. Commodore Malaign stood by while a BHG tried to pirate Deaths| of their BHG weapons/BHG ship. Commodore Malaign also allowed BHG|ROBERT.MEATH/BHG|MORTON.HUNTING to fire on Deaths| outside Ft. Bush. Commodore Malaign fired on Deaths|Cpt.Murdock, outside ft. bush (less the 1 km.), with her SuperNova Antimatter Cannon (SNAC), and then, after firing and dropping his sheilds said, "that was your warning. " She allowed the BHG| to attempt to destroy Deaths|Maj.Marshall while docking. This Outrage, and abuse of power is the basis for the charges of: harrasment/assault/attempted murder being brought against her. Deaths|/Sirius will no longer tolerate Commodore Malaign's abuse. Also the BHG| being allowed to so freely break laws outside Ft.Bush is sickening and have been included in this lawsuit.

As this will most definitely be seen as a disgrace, and the name of the LN forever tarnished, I suggest that the LN respond quickly. No pardons by Admiral Hale will be accepted this time, and if Deaths| are in any way shape or form, attempted to be silenced or attacked, the message sent to Colonel Mitchell gets made public immediatly no questions asked, allowing the media to feed off the LN's predicament, and help to cement their demise.

This is a relatively straight forward case. Here is the Evidence, I expect a speedy response.

Pilot carrying this ID is in the Liberty Navy, who:
Can destroy traders in Liberty who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that Liberty is at war with if the trader refuses to drop all cargo and leave Liberty.
Can trade and escort traders
Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence
Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except with the Xenos against non-Liberty pirate or military invasions
Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
Cannot demand any contraband from anyone within the following systems:
o New York, Colorado, California
Cannot lawfully enter the Alaska system
Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
Cannot use any transports with more than 3,000 cargo
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Prison Liner, Gunboats

-In Regards to Acts of Piracy in Sirius: (quoted from: Sirius Book of Law:Acts of Piracy, revised 817 A.S.)
Piracy; Defined as the unlawful coercion of the owner or owners of a vehicle or vehicles to render their resources towards the offender. Most commonly applied to vessels attempting to impose taxation upon traders. Penalty is death.

*For purposes of clarification, of these rules, an attack is draining shields to 50% or lower, or hull damage, or when a Cruise Disruptor is fired. Intentional ramming of any large ship is also considered an attack.

-In regards to Sirius Lawful Code of Conduct, Revised, 817 A.S.: (quoted: Military ID's:Owners of Military ID's have a right to attack:
- Pirates
- Traders ships carrying smuggled goods and refusing to drop them

In regards to all above mentioned acts by LN/BHG|, quoting Ancient Earth Law Code, used as a basis of Current Sirius Law Code, Circa 817 A.S.:

Article 39. No freeman shall be taken, or imprisoned, or disseized, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any way harmed--nor will we go upon or send upon him--save by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land.

In closing, according to Sirius Law, set forth by our ancestors, these foul acts are punishable by the following:

For acts of attempted murder/murder/assault: Penalty is Death
For acts of Treason: Penalty is Death
For acts of Pirating: Penalty is Death
For acts of Harrasment(i.e assault): Penalty is Death, however in this case, the prosecutor would only press for life in prison, without parole.

I apologize for my partners outbursts it has been dealt with. At this time the prosecution would like to file a motion to suppress evidence/testimony, against BHG| Liberty Guild Master Sam Radford. The grounds for this is that he is on trial, and shows...conflicting interests. It has come to our attention that Guild Master Radford also goes by BHG|Robert.Meath who is one of the BHG| on trial.
