My name is Lachlan Phoenix. I am the leader of the Liberty Revolutionary Front. As you may or may not be aware, we are a socialist revolutionary force fighting for the oppressed workers of Liberty. We are the remnant of the outlawed Liberty Workers Party. Our choice was reduced to armed struggle, but it is a fight we wage without burden. The corrupt Liberty government with its corporate overlords has brough grave injustice on the poor and the downtrodden. If we don't fight for them, no one will.
We are a small but dedicated force. Rather than open military conflict with Liberty authorities, we seek to destabilize that what is most important to them: profit. Utilizing hit and run tactics, along with targetted assassinations we seek to undermine their control over Liberty and its oppressed peoples. Their greed will be their downfall.
I do not want to disclose much over comms; encryption or not I simply do not want interference on this matter. I would like to arrange a face to face meeting between our leadership. We would like to extend our hand in friendship for the mutual benefit of our movements. I await your response.

Although we have recently shifted our operations focus away from Liberty and towards Rheinland, I believe that an establishment of relations with friendly Liberty groups is always a very good thing. To that end, I am willing to meet with you (or send a representative should unforeseen circumstances present themselves) in order to discuss the future of the Liberty Revolutionary Front. The best place for such a meeting would be the Bering system, as the Unioners there should provide the required security without attracting attention. I trust that you can provide a good time for the proceeding.
On a more personal note, I am rather surprised. It seems like there is still hope for Liberty after all. I will be looking forward to this.
Yes, indeed when the Coalition stopped operating in Liberty there was a void. The state of perpetual war enacted by the Liberty government has made it hard to bring about change. We have stepped in, but we are surrounded by the LPI and the Navy on one side, and the Cardamine addicted criminals on the other. To hear a friendly voice is a welcome change.
Bering is perfect. As for the time, on either the 12th or the 13th of this month. I'm afraid those times are the only times we can move without being exposed. Please contact me whether or not those days are fine and what time would suit you.

The gunboat CPW Belgrade, will arrive in Bering on the 12th this month, 1600 Sirius Mean Time. It will remain on Pacifica base for the next couple of days after its arrival, awaiting the rendezvous. I will be on that ship, ready to speak to you about matters concerning... well, lets just say the future.
