Everyone lives on freeports. There's likely freeports out there with both corsairs and outcasts on them at the same time. The zoners keep own the station and keep the peace.

Dont use a neutral party's hospitality to all bypassers as an excuse to attack them, it's only making you look worse.

You're a group of ragtag privateers, you dont have the resources to wage a war on the entire nation of the zoners (i.e. "the swiss"). We're not waging a war, though, just like Corsairs aren't waging a war on Bretonia, and just like Israel didn't declare war when kidnapping Eichmann.
