Or being Zorra...:)

Nice picture, Obsidian! Well, I personally prefer BW portraits more but I like this one!
Does the blade reflect a flash or some other light source? I am just a bit curious...
Otherwise the light seems very mild to be created by a single flash. Well it could also be added in Photoshop...:D

Thanx, MajkP!

It's a photo, then "photoshoped" to soften the edges and add contrast to the face by giving it more light. Don't ask how 'cause I'm Photoshop-challenged.

I have seen similar ones done in studio completely with "old-school" practices. I mean you can use softening filters, different light sources, etc. What surprised me was the sharp blade reflection while all the other stuff was soft. As I said, I was just curious... :)

If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov
The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor
