Can a Zoner use BHG ships?

Anyways,
As the topic says it all, is it possible for a Zoner IFF/ID Guard may have BHG Ships? I'm just concern because, Zoner's don't have a "specific" ship that I want, furthermore, they don't have fights unless you break one of thier rules, they will storm your @$$ down. Anyways, back to topic. I was hoping, if I can manage to make a RP Story out of a Zoner having a BHG Battlecruiser, is it possible?

Now please, don't take this the wrong way. It's just a question/concern i want to know. I know with a RP Story mounted on it, is a chance that might work.

So, thoughts/comments....anyone?
