I will cut right to the chase. After I was leisurely hanging out at Freeport 11, I hear battle messages over the comms. It seemed that two Corsair Cruisers and a Liberty Carrier (LNS-Aurora) were in battle just of Yaren base. Some moments later a retreat order was given and one of the Cruisers (Clavius) was able to make it into the NFZ of Freeport 9. After a bit of taunting by Aurora it seemed to be over. I then gave a small warning to Aurora to keep its guns away from the Freeport, understandably. Then Clavius procceded, despite my warnings to cease fire, to fire his Light Mortar at Aurora. Aurora instead of withdrawing from the NFZ which he was quite far from at the time decided to retaliate. Leading to this >.



After much bantering and shouting Aurora and Clavius stopped firing. Aurora complyed with my gtfo but Clavius stayed behind and even docked on the Freeport. Aurora called it self-defense but I believe it was just an excuse to fire back even with the knowledge of it being a NFZ. Clavius is the real culprit though, being the one that started it and having the cheek to actually dock after being told to leave.

Anyway thats that report done. Judge fairly.

While doing a routine patrol through the Omega's, I ran across a slightly peculiar and most disturbing sight. A Freeport was being fired upon! Two strange Transport captains were firing on FP-1 with their Defensive Batteries. I was not aware of the procedure, so despite my urge to Space the two Loons, I instead went off to finish my patrol and made haste to report this. Evidence Follows:

The two ships in question were not violating the NFZ, but rather following the - certainly for outsiders - odd protocol we Zoners have to qualify for a Zoner or Zoner Guard IFF.

The procedure involves shooting a number of cargopods at the depots and either avoid getting hit by the stations defense grid, or to have strong enough shileds to shke it off.

*mumbles* Ok... I really have to find out who invented this [CENSORED] idiocy... *sigh*

Anyway, I'd like to thank you for your concern and doing the right thing.

Today at late evening hours a group of three Corsair ships consisting of two "Imperator" Gunboats, and a "Praetorian" Bomber was commiting act of piracy, and firing in distance of 1k from the Docking Ring! This is indeed an outrageous defiance of all Zoner laws! I am including few guncam shots of the vessels pirating a fellow miner, who has just launched from the planets surface.

Thank you for your report Sir!

I had a talk with the three NFZ Violators and we came to the agreement they'd return the money via me to the miner in question. All three send the extorted cash and I'll now contact the Captain of the mining vesel in question.

Thankfully the were very reasonable to talk to.

The following evidence has been submitted to the Council of Zoners, indicating that the organization known as QCP entered Omega-49 and opened fire on a vessel within 5K of Gran Canaria. The footage shows that the QCP engaged without opening diplomatic channels with their target.

As you know, in order to fire within the 5K Freeport Neutrality Zone, you must do so in self defense. Evidence so far indicates that the QCP did not act in self-defense.

Evidence also shows that QCP attempted to pirate what appears to be an independant miner within 5k of Gran Canaria.


















Additional evidence was submitted by Andrew Stuart in Bounty Hunt channel. Subject Andrew Stuart claimed that he was "neutral" during the entire ordeal and that he was attacked unprovoked, therein having full right to attack and destroy the following vessel:




However, the following image indicates that Andrew Stuart of the QCP attempted to tax and pirate a vessel 5K within Gran Canaria, effectively breaking Freeport Neutrality.

Here you can see more evidence of QCP pirating as well as a chap named Finn.Hopkins stating "Oh hey, more bounty targets," before unleashing fire on Charles and myself. Unfortunately, I was so flabergasted that I forgot to capture footage of the following events.

Hello gentlemen,

Mr. Zamboni and I just encountered a harvester in an outcast battleship at Freeport9. His callsign is Prometheus[Harvester24]. Seemed as he wanted to trade some Nomads from the order Recon vessel which was there too. The order vessels refused, and hidid below the Freeport. To avoid any trouble, i told the Order pilot to dock at Freeport 9. While he was doing so, the harvester opened fire and endangered the Civilians on Freeport 9 extremely!

In addition, the harvester threatens me if i would forward this to the Council. I told him, the Council and the Zoners are not responsible for actions of individual Zoners.
He said he has evidence, that Zoners will make look bad towards Phantoms and OCs. Unfortunately i dont have proof of the whole communication, just parts of it. *kicks the bloody blackbox*

Hello gentlemen,

during my usual patrol i spotted an outcast at Freeport 9, so far nothing really interesting. His callsign was {Crew}Bobeza ...caught in shooting on several ships, including a Freelancer. He left the NFZ and i told him, he isnt welcome there any longer.
He must have called his mate Rusty.Crack ... because he immediately appeared. How to expect from such junkies, Rusty started violating the NFZ to provoke a fight. He even fired some shots on my ship.

Reisiger and me were forced to open fire on these two lolboats. One of the junkies faced some antimatter and his ship was blown into pieces. Unfortunately a misguided CD let a bunch of Bounty Hunters react pretty unfriendly. Now with like 8 ships on our tail, we've been pretty outnumbered. Our both ships got destroyed but the escape pods made it to FP9.

We dont know what Rusty has been doing after that. But he is suspected for docking at Freeport 9 ... what would be impossible ..but who knows. We will advise the Freeport 9 Security Personnel so look after this Rusty. If they find him on Freeport 9, they may throw him out ... without his ship or any pod, he doesnt deserve the Zoners hospitality.
