Idk what happened to Juni, nothing points us to where she went. Everyone from the campaign is pretty much accounted for, Trent works for the order, Walker died, Tobias is an idiot, and Sinclair's works for the order too 0.o
Only Sinclair and Tobias are ever mentioned again in Discovery. If you read the infocard of Planet Nauru in Omicron Delta, you'll see that Sinclair is the leading Xenoarcheologist for the Order. As for Tobias, there's a wreck in Omicron Minor that says Trent bet Tobias to go there in just a freighter instead of a warship.
Walker is mentioned too, but it's from the vanilla infocard of West Point, so it doesn't really tell you anything.
Other than Sinclair and Tobias, no one else from the campaign is mentioned in Discovery.
