Not bad at all, here are my suggestions;

1; more detail to the texture. The color palate is excellent, but the surface needs more detail.
2; the x-wings give it an almost insectoid feel, whether thats good or bad is up to you, I personally like it.
Its eerie, edgy, and all around Phantom.
3; maybe adjust the way the nose narrows to make it less overbalanced towards the back.

Most of all, keep at it! :)
