Rheinland has several pirate groups. And if you really want to count it the Liberty Rogues can extend to the outer most fringes of Kusari if they want to.

I don't know about Rheinland, but the Hogosha are very much a pure criminal faction. They're a Yakuza-style mafia group entrenched into Kusari society. They fill the non-idealist role in Kusari very well, and they do it with a very Japanese flair.

Why should there be a need for Kusari/Rheinland to have a pirate faction? The Buccaneers fit perfectly into the style of Bretonia, as it is based on the British Empire during the colonial times. Rheinland is based on the German Empire during the World Wars and there was no such pirate faction, nor ever in the history of the German Empire... so: no need.

Well, I suppose so. It depends of course, pure pirate factions are great, and in fact, I love them more than terrorist factions.

So basically... its just the rogues and the buccaneers? Nothing for Kusari/Rheinland?

In my opinion there should be a balance of lawful/unlawful. This is nowhere near the case at the moment.

We have to deal with those:
Red Hessians, Landwirtrechtbewegung, Unioners, Das Wilde, Bundschuh, Keepers, Corsairs, Outcasts, Liberty Navy, Jarek_70

Do you really think, that Rheinland, which is the place for the most advanced RP in Sirius, needs even more reasons to PvP? I guess not...
