The Rheinland battleship is our carrier actually. It has several fighter docking bays and is meant to be like that. Or why do you think it looks that pregnant?
Furthermore... this model doesn't look like a carrier at all. The closest relation I've drawn in my mind was the Order recon vessel somewhat.:P
The engine still bothers me. Maybe it needs two engines? (I don't know if two engines are characteristic of Rhienland Caps or not) If not, maybe scale it up a bit and centre it on the ball thingy a bit more. That single engine doesn't seem enough to me to power the entire ship along. I also don't like how the back side of it's 'belly' just stops abrubtly like that, it gives the side profile a wierd feel to it.
Finally, I think you should move the whole back section of the ship down, so it looks something a little like this:
(crappy photoshop skills ftw x3)
I'm still not entirely convinced Rhienland needs a Battlecruiser, but this is a great model. To me it does look very Rhienlandish, the front section is a little odd (and I prefered the verticle aligned front to be honest)

i think the two engines could work, specially seeing how Rheinland has started employing new design techniques (see: fafnir). that model looks promising. one thing im curious about. how about if the center is widened out just slightly? currently the head is -really- wide then the rest of the body being thick. i think if you have 3 levels of wideness (from widest, middle wide, back slim), it could work in the model's favour. now all you have to do is work on teh textures, rheinland textures are kinda annoying to work with >.>
if we're unhappy about how many engines it's got, those engine pods it had in the first design could be modeled onto it, i though they were cool. they just need to be more rhineland-ish
The new changes make all the difference in the world. absolutely stunning.
Perhaps though you could make the engine apreture slightly larger? more 'my engine is a powerhouse!' like?
Based on usual Rheinland style it seems somewhat small in proportion to the ship.
