ADMIN NOTICE: Players Sanctioned

Jago-Ryu, [HaTak]Elonss(LV), and Inox have been sanctioned due to a report posted on Aug 16 2009 for:

5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks with a station, jump gate, or trade lane during a PvP fight, this player has fled the fight. The fleeing player must leave the system and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remain in the system until four hours have passed from the time the fight ended.
Using cruise engines to catch up with those capable of thrusting at higher speed than you is not allowed. Trade lanes may be used to pursue or catch up to other ships under any circumstances, even if the other ship has not yet fled as described above.
The fleeing player can fight in self-defense if attacked again while attempting to leave the system after fleeing.

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

5.12 Sanctions for violating PvP rules include a credit/equipment fine (no less than 50 million credits), placing character inside the prison system, banning up to 7 days.

6.24 Sanctions for violating ID rules and RP engagement rules are: credit/equipment fine, placing inside the prison system, ban for up to 30 days. Player may be warned for using inappropriate ID for a short period of time, and sanctions will not apply if the ID status will be fixed as soon as possible by the player him/herself.

Sanction:
Fined all guns, made hostile to the local law in Kusari, and moved to Crete.

Notes:
This is a role play server, you are required to role-play. That means interacting with players in a way other than opening fire. Also, using cruise to catch up is not allowed. There were multiple reports against you, so I suggest you shape up your act. I don't want to have you three cross our collective desks again.

And another one who gets a ban after swearing violently in protest at his sanction while question why you were shooting underlevels. Jago-Ryu has been banned for 14 days.
