I understand how much your high developed technology means to you in the fight you're leading against our common enemy, the threat which is upon all of human race, our friends and foes alike.
It has come to negative developments in the course of the events in Zoner's world which have lead to establishment of the Zoner Response Team of which I'm a proud member. As you well know many of us, Zoners, are not members of the organisations and companies who have better developed diplomatic channels and this is the reason I have to address you directly on this matter. Ships which stand at our disposal at the moment are not efficient enough to fight enemy force that outnumbers and out guns us.
That is why I'm asking your leadership for permit to purchase 1 (one) "Hathor" class gunboat for the purposes of protection of the Zoners and Freeports Sirius-wide (mostly in Omega and Omicron sectors of the border worlds). Substantial compensation will be provided (if this purchase is approved) and understanding that my crew will be at Order|'s disposal in the fight against our common enemies if such need appears.
By no means this vessel will end up in the hands of your enemies, even if it means for it to be destroyed along with my crew and myself. If development of the events eventually allows us to go back to our regular duties I will make sure that this vessel is returned to you HQ with compensation for the damage which might be caused to it.

As you know, purchasing of Hathors are open to Zoners but they require formal diplomatic level presentation and application to be carried on. Therefore, we ask for ZRT directorate or the Council to finalize the purchasing of the craft with the additional operational expenses payable to Order.
