Character and Player Rosters are up to date:)We are now at 7 confirmed players, a possible one is likely at the current moment, and we certainly would like to welcome more players to our Faction.

Activity is fair, could be better but I know exams are pressing alot of our members at the moment. RL more important then FL:)I have noticed a shortfall in our activity on forums for rp, for which most of our rp has been revolving around interactions with other factions in Comms topics. Though over the past few days we have found a couple things which we can hopefully bring some more forum rp, again mostly revolving around roleplay with other factions.

Anyways, if you have some feedback please provide it. New feedback is always welcome.

Also, if anyone has ideas that they would like to run by me, please do run them by me. Especially for events.

And lastly, if you wish to join, please do not hesitate in filling out our application process found here.

Small note: We do consider OS&C to be a none Liberty Corporate Faction, and upon becoming Official we hope we can be allowed to make that clear, especial so that we can be placed in the correct factions threads (Trans-sirius)

Just updated our member roster after recent recruitment. New member in the form of REAPER-17-Zerafina. She's had a great welcome with all the players in OS&C|

Other than this thats been added, we are looking for new members to join ourselves still.

Just wanna say something

Proud of every member, current and previous, of OS&C| all the way to OSC| starting back in the 1st of January 2011.

Our lowest level of activity that I have seen since being added to the tracker has been of 40 hours per previous 31 days. (Least 10 hours above the requirement) We are all doing well and enjoying the Faction as a whole. If you are wishing to join please join up.

I am glad to say we have 16-17 days till the date that the Admins can begin reviewing our gorgeous faction for a finial decision on making us Official. We are also looking for feedback as well.

Lastly, if you have some feedback for OS&C| please post it.
