Comm ID: Aurelia Silvan
Recipient(s): Bretonian Office for Foreign Affairs, Libertonian Office for Foreign Affairs

Greetings, this is Aurelia Silvan. I'm Samuel Nichol's replacement in these negotiations. I've reviewed the treaty and see no problems. However, as we have yet to elect a replacement for our former chairperson, this treaty must first be sent through our Council for ratification. If accepted, I will replace Nichol as the Zoner's diplomatic envoy and attend the signing ceremony aboard Bethlehem Station.

I'm sorry to hear that Lord Canning has already left Bethlehem Station, though I can't fault him for it, considering the circumstances. However, I must ask he return to Bethlehem again for a formal signing, observed and recorded for legal purposes, if and when this treaty is ratified by our Council.

In consideration to the representatives from the houses, I will move to have our Council vote on this matter immediately, with a deadline for voting by midnight, SMT, two days from now. Assuming the treaty is accepted, I'd be willing to attend the signing three days from now, if that works for both house representatives. If not, please send me a list of dates and times you'd be available.
