So I saw the bounty notice on Trafalgar when I docked and guess what, I saw an OPG pilot on it. I got pissed at first, because, who the hell would shoot down pilots and not respect the neutrality. Oh wait, I know, Corsair that catches an Junker hauling blood diamonds trough the Corsairs space. I haven't met the leader of the Congress yet, but your members need to get something in their thick skull, since I had.. five reports so far about congress members smuggling blood diamonds. They are contraband in Corsair space. They represent the scum of Sirius, the Hessians. You want to trade them, you make sure you don't see us around gringos. I'm serious.
Bounty can stay, it's not like someone can take down Vilkas. *laugh*

I believe the Congress is doing the dirty Artifact trade for you too, its also supplying you with food occassionaly, so a little understanding in this case might be in place. But no! You need to poke the sleeping crocodile more and more. So this is what you get in return, you will get a bite from it! If you dont like it, keep you paws off will ya?
I think the Congress could easily cut the Artifact and Food shipments coming to Crete and out. You want that? Poke once more then!

This is indeed a sad day - there was a point that I considered myself to have a good working relationship with the leadership of the congress in the days of Vladimir Tinkerbell - It seems however that the collective wisdom of the Congress has waned somewhat since those days.
My Brothers of the OPG are right to interdict vessels that are carrying Hessian Cargo within our space - and lets get something straight, Cambridge is our space - the fact that there are some Molly squatters and interloping Brettonians there is largely irrelevant. The Hessians, as you are well aware, are an enemy of the Corsair nation and we simply cannot turn a blind eye to vessels that are carrying their goods. This something that should be simple and uncomplicated to grasp. If you must traffic cargo from those inept rock-breakers we of course would discourage it, however let us be pragmatic gentlemen, what we do not see here is in your interests. If we see it, we are obliged to respond.
Now... to the matter of this "bounty" - the OPG may be cavalier about this matter but I however am not, consider very carefully the implications of the doors you are opening here with this.
Cargo that traverses our space is an internal Corsair matter, and all of your pilots should be very well aware that once they enter our space, they do so on our terms. We are very much aware of certain other cargoes that are peddled from your facilities throughout Sirius - we do however, respect your internal matters in this regard and thus take no action to interfere here. Should you not respect our terrorial and sovereign rights to dicate policy within our own space then let me assure you gentlemen, we do very much have the means to interfere and this is something I am sure none of us would prefer.
Your recourse here is simple, do not traffic our enemies cargo through our space, secondly, i would strongly recommend that you recall this ill advised bounty of yours, lest you honestly wish to reap what you will sow.

Is that so ? Well , lets see what a light search through my ships logs came up with regarding that subject... Here it is.
The images may be a tad old , but they still prove my point. Do not atempt to downplay what we do, or we might just stop doing it. For each congress ship I see destroyed you will see one less shipment of artifacts from me. I do not take lightly to my brethren getting their ships destroyed, especially by those who profit from our commercial relations.

Seems that I missed a few responses while the transmission is beeing sent. Elder Ben Laowai , you do not see us interdicting Corsair ships carrying supplies for the Hogosha, now do you ? I expected to see nothing less than equality between us. Seems I was wrong. As Mr Thorn previously stated a coin does have two sides.

Hessiasn got tight alliance with mollies which I learned from my scars fighting in omega 3 not so long ago. Seems you are searching for a warmer place to sit too, behind those fortification your pretty though.
