Greetings,

This is Taskmaster Alexandra Novak, of the Vagrant Raiders. I have a bit of a proposal you may be interested in.

It seems the diplomatic influence of the Vagrant Raiders has come to a point that we must start taking things up a notch. One idea we have for doing this is to engineer a ship to represent the Vagrant Raiders on our diplomacy missions into the reaches of our borders. Several ships come to mind, but one in particular strikes me as one that can work in our favor in several ways.

I, along with the help of several other Raiders, have developed new plans based off of the common Prison Liner that will be appropriate for our needs. This ship would be used for the following purposes:

• Representation of the VR while on diplomatic missions.
  
• Mobile headquarters for VR Intel
  
• Storage of all captive pilots.
  

Now, the building of such a ship is not easy, and it takes time. We'd like for the ship to be built within your shipyards, so we know that it is of high quality. Taskmaster Dwight and myself will be joining you on board the shipyard of your choice to oversee it's construction, as well as to assist with it. We've managed to gather the resources needed for the ship, and they will be supplied directly to the shipyard via a Raider Convoy.
These resources include:

• Ship Hull Panels
  
• Deuterium
  
• Optronics
  
• Engine Components
  
• Other re-fitted components
  

If you decide to allow the construction of said vessel, please send a transmission. You know the frequency.

I have discussed this with the commanders of 101st & SOB as well as with the rest of the Council of Dons. As you are a loyal & valuable ally to us, we see no problems with this request. The ship yard located in Omicron Eta has the ability to produce the ship you desire. You can supply the materials & labor, or we would be willing to build said ship at a discounted price to you. But please be warned, Eta is currently a heavy war zone for us at this time & Corsair raids may slow the completion of the ships assembly.
Which ever course you wish to use is your decision, but you are welcomed & we will have Syracuse standing bye for your arrival.
