Recently, the Zoners have endured the attacks of several groups. The entire crew of the Freedom has decided that such attacks are unacceptable, and that all of us, to a man, are prepared to dedicate our home in space to defending the lives and safety of our fellow Zoners.
Report any and all attacks against Zoner personnel or facilities here, and any Robinson Family ship available will consider the targets that qualify to be kill-on-sight.

This list in no way contradicts or supersedes any policy of the Council of Zoners. We ourselves hold a seat on said Council. We do not speak on behalf of the Council, nor does this list determine any diplomatic relations of the Council.

1) Any party listed as hostile to the Council of Zoners

2) Any pilots found to be pirating or destroying Zoner vessels in any system, and any ship found to be committing any act of piracy or attempted murder in Omega-49, and any groups that support those pilots overtly or covertly. Our onboard intelligence officers are very good at their jobs.

3) Any organization that has declared itself hostile to Zoners.

4) By virtue of section 3), any QCP| vessel.

5) By virtue of sections 2) and 3), [Smokeone]-Fat.Padrone.

While we do not view any of these parties as threats, we issue this transmission with the intention of providing a warning to any parties mentioned above to steer clear of the Freedom or to take out a decent insurance policy.

The last time we were anywhere in Bretonia was several weeks ago, carrying out an operation related to your disavowed Privateers' raids against our people. We have not returned since.

I would ask to see timestamped photographic evidence of our entering or being in Cambridge at any time today, but as it did not happen I know that it simply does not exist.

However, we will state the following: If Bretonia aids and abets those who are diplomatically hostile to us, we cannot guarantee their safety in any system. We are on Allah's side and do not fear persecution.

Mr Robinson,

There is a chance that the report I received was confused with that of another ship, the [Zoner]SEV-Freedom , in which case my apologies for the mistaken accusation. However, the point stands, Zoner vessels of cruiser class or above (as with any foreign warships with whom we do not have military right of passage agreements) are requested and required to keep out of our sovereign space unless granted explicit authorisation.

On that note I find your tone somewhat rash; implicit threats to violate our sovereignty are not appreciated. Rest assured that Bretonia does not require you to "guarentee our safety" as you put it. The Bretonian Armed Forces can guarentee it quite well.

Oh, and I know you Zoners are half-anarchists, but try not to give all your ships the same name; it's bloody confusing.

I try to preach to the Zoners as a whole that if they pass through house space anywhere in a cruiser or larger to get clearance to do so. They don't always listen, particularly those of the independent variety but we try our best to inform them. If anyone of the independent Zoners violate house laws, they will not be protected by the Council. By that I mean we will not support them.

The Bretonian Armed Forces are not on our list of hostile infidels and we have no intention to hunt down anyone who is not on our list. We do not intend to make war against or even threaten Bretonian interests, and currently have no plans whatsoever to enter Bretonia.

As you have officially distanced yourselves from the QCP, you will not be considered hostile by the Freedom or her crew unless your position is later found to be otherwise.

Again, our purpose here is not to threaten, but to provide notice to those who commit acts of murder and piracy against Zoner civilians. We do not intend to act offensively against neutral parties. Because Bretonia has disavowed the Privateers, our actions against them should be of no concern to you. If they are of concern to you, this would indicate that there is still a connection.

Of course, we know that there isn't.
