So, I was looking at the Laws of Liberty post, and it still said that Defenders and Executioners were sold publicly.

Do any other factions do this? I know, everyone's at war now, but Liberty still sells those apparently (and the Executioner's actually a useable HF now). And, since most Houses lack a local civilian fighter (like Rheinland's Tiger Shark), having a few officially stated as available for public sale could help add some more RP to a freelancer/mercenary/small trader company.

It's a good idea actually, just sell them with civilian ID to other players, not with guard or police id.
As for others, I think they keep their ship designs to themselves mostly..

I didn't mean sold that way, just that it's publicly available for civilians without any questions.

Arn't the police light fighters kind of civilian? At least police tech is green for pretty much everyone on the tech chart.
But i agree, it would be nice if at least one basic ship for each House would be availiable to the public.
This could be the Paladin for Bretonia (the BAF doesn't use it anyway) and Kusari has the Renzu shipline (Wasupu)

Actually, Liberty has the Kingfisher and Arrow, so Bretonia is the only house missing a civvy fighter.

The infocard of the Kingfisher does not in any way indicate that it's Liberty-specific, and the Arrow's infocard specifically states that it's been sold to, and I'm paraphrasing here, about half the factions in the game.

Neither counts. The Havoc might count, however, and the Laws of Liberty already made it clear that the Executioner HF counts (at least, as far as the official factions are concerned).

Seriously, nearly all the civ stuff came from liberty...

Quote:Ironically labelled a 'civilian' bomber by its Libertonian designers, who also developed such classics as the 'Eagle' fighter, there is little civil about this piece of kit.

Ridiculous...

Moonbeam and Sunbeam. Although there will be questions asked AFTER you buy them. And possibly several shots fired.
