i m a bit surprised you did not post that in "flood" as its rather flood like than worth a general discussion.

anyway, if thats your opinions, - you re full of bias and lack a good deal of tolerance. - factions are only "canon" on their very baseline. - all the rest is what players make of it. if someone really had this many problems with "how things are run" - i wonder why they re here in the first place. - the place won t reform so much by rants.

factions only change from within, never from the outside. - the more pressure is applied from the outside, the more resistance grows in their inside against change.

I won't even talk about pirates, i'll let some pirate cover that part. I'm a Corsair and I'm taking whats ours for passing trough our space.

So why is it that the corsairs can get through the outcasts and Navies to pirate in New York and Bretonia?

- It's been a while since I saw serious number of Corsairs pirating in NY, so that thing got old. Time to drop it.
Bretonnia? Man Cambridge is ours! It's right next to Omegas and it's invaded daily. We pirate it, because it is our space. I never have to go trough Outcasts to get anywhere. Check your map and quit ranting.

Also, what is wrong with the corsairs artifact smuggling?

- We're doing fine with it thank you. More than 60k artifacts were shipped from Crete, and thats only what I know. Do you think that food came for crete in at least 1/10th of that number?

So artifact smuggling should be the primary source of corsair income, not ‘2milordai!’ pirating.

- You are half right here amigo. Arties make a good income, but Corsairs do not "pirate". We are a nation, a powerhouse, and we have our space. Our space. Not like liberty rogues have their space. We don't share our space with anyone. You pass trough it as a trader, and you do not bring commodities we regulate and require, we take our share. One way or another, you benefit the Corsair nation.

There is not enough artifact smuggling going on, the corsairs should be seen in NY, NB, NT and NL giving the gift of illegal goods, but they are never in traders.

Why do not the corsairs ally with Cryer Pharmaceuticals? Cryer is attempting to put the OC out of business and the Corsairs hate them for that?

- Cryer also exploits gaian wildlife and operates within Bretonian space. Allying isn't good for both sides, as Bretonia wouldn't appreciate it. But if a Cryer corporation (player one) wants to make a deal with us, under the table, they should just approach us.

The corsair artifact smuggling needs to be pretty seriously buffed and there needs to be some good return journey stuff, the Outcasts can go cardi-slaves and make a fair profit, the Corsairs have to go with Artifacts-food or go on some long, convoluted trip

- There are plenty of good trade routes for Corsair smugglers to take. I won't share them. ever. OTC will try to push monopoly on smuggling and people that don't deserve it (for example, they spend time ranting instead of playing), won't get their chance.

The corsairs need some allies that are trying to take the Outcasts down so that they can expand and have a richer RP base.

The Keepers don't have lolwuts, the Phantoms don't want lolwuts either. If we made Phantoms official, then it'd simply bring more strain on Virus having to deny every single retard who thinks he's cut out for it. Without applications for the Phantoms, it reduces drama and reduces the "omg i hate phantoms" stuff.

Seems you don't have any idea about phantoms, neither much damn about pirates, Corsairs and such. Actually I red just a few rants, and understood with what I have a deal here.

Did you atleast studied a wiki page.. just a bit? Seems you played the game on lawful side about 2 months and made this stuff up becouse you think it should be like this becosue you think it should. Quite not an argument.


And trading thing.. why everyone thinks it should be like always profitable.. I see it sometimes even loss-making. As it should be in RP, bussnes is risky.

The blood dragons are a bit of an enigma to me, I do not understand the relationship between the dragons and the outcasts and corsairs, its all a little confusing, maybe the blood dragons should combine with the GC. Why do they, yet another pirate faction have the materials to build a battleship? WHAT IS THE POINT?
Summary of my issues with the faction
Battleship again, there is just no point to all of these extraneous battleships, it just means that there are more ship types in the game and there is a bit more lolwut? upon encountering someone who you know that their faction should not be able to produce cap ships.
A bit more presence on the server might be nice, as with all Kusari groups they are a bit under-represented
Possible solutions to the problems
Combine the Dragons with the GC, then you would be able to explain how you have the resources for a BS.
Again, Kusari needs something new, a little bit of spice added to it, not just new commodities and such.

Read our faction status.

The Blood Dragons and their relationship with the outcasts and corsairs - both unfriendly. Why? The outcasts stabbed them in the back by using them to ship cardamine without their hostility - the very thing they are paranoid about (but they can't go hostile due to relations with the GC)... The corsairs directly influence corruption in Kusari.

Blood Dragon Battleship - I have an RP story about them. The Blood Dragons are more of a force than you think. They control/have a large influence in all of northern kusari - many systems yet to be discovered/explored. They are just about the biggest threat (along with the GC) in salvaging/pirating from traders, and when you think about it - the leader of the Blood Dragons (shared by pipboy, friday and I) is just about the most important person in the new revolutions of Kusari - should this ever happen. Of course, a single flagship - possible two or three for the richer shoguns/important people in the Blood Dragons.

The Blood Dragons and the GC arn't small pirate or terrorists groups. They are in fact a very large threat to Kusari. With the hogosha/fa and corsair corruptive influences in kusari - most of them leave. The GC gets all the women - the BD get the rest. The Blood Dragons are probably the oldest pirate/terrorist faction too - they have been around since 321 AS - thats almost 400 years. I think you could say that controlling northern Kusari for that long - yeah, its alot...

that`s quite the wall of text. all I can say is: this is a game. played by people who are very different from one another. there is no such thing as "the perfect faction".

maybe it`s that time again to remember people that this is a game, which should be played for fun. the moment you start focusing on all the things that are (supposed to be) wrong, quit playing. your priorities are backwards in that case.
