Bounty hunters....

How come that bounty hunter come to me and start yelling "You have a a bounty on your head here in bretonia!!" and start shooting at me out of nothing? Ain't they supposed to hunt real bounties? I know there was a bounty on me by USI and that one was take...ohh I hate PvP whores. Sorry about this, i complained, now I can get back to playing again ^^

Now, there are other concerns too, these days, namely the Tau War against the Kusari invaders. Those of you aboard the Battleship Macduff, the Battleship York and the Battleship Derby will find payment for defeating ships under the command of the Farmer's Alliance, the Gaians, the Hogosha, Kishiro Technologies, the Kusari Naval Forces and Samura Industries. Payment will be made for kills made in Bretonia, the Taus, or for impressive victories in Kusari proper.

Payment is as follows:

* 1.5 million credits for the destruction of KNF gunboats and destroyers.
* 750,000 credits for the destruction of KNF fighters.
* 500,000 credits for the destruction of independent Kusari gunboats and destroyers, as well as their allies listed above, including Gaians.
* 250,000 credits for the destruction of independent Kusari fighters, as well as their allies listed above, including Gaians.
* 100,000 credits for the destruction of Kishiro or Samura transports. This is to be tripled to 300, 000 if it is carrying Deuterium. Other vessels carrying Deuterium will net a similar reward if enough evidence is presented to suggest that it was moving to Kusari.

Although I admit that the hunter should have RPed more, and if he was an actual BH he shouldn't do that for Deshima's sake, there is a bounty on your gaian.

There are, in fact, two bounties on your head:

The bounties are only valid within Bretonia space - this includes any area under the Queen's sovereignty, meaning New London, Manchester, Leeds, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Tau 31, Dublin, Chester and Dundee as well. Kills outside of Bretonia's sovereignty will not be paid.

The same bounties will only apply for any pilots of Outcast vessels or other foreign elements determined to beguilty of committing acts of piracy or assisting criminal elements within sovereign Bretonian territory.

Blanket bounties keep Hunters busy. Sadly some hunters ruin the fun for everybody by chasing the blue message more than the preceding RP.

I need to do the paperwork on the bounties I kill. I'm more about in-game RP than collecting the winnings, but I'm going to get accused of pvpwhoring eventually despite the long RP sessions I try to engage in with my targets.

Playing a BH is not about the money, it's about the hunting and knowing that you are the most hated man in space.

More than just busy. Without them, we simply wouldn't exist, because of forum wrangling and hand-wringing in the past in response to the Meat-Grinder School of Role-Play.

I simply dont get time to claim them. I used to enjoy attempting pretty photoshop images detailing encounters, but who has the time. Plus I am a grown man, so it's hard to justify more and more.

Yes. That too. I don't have freakin' time a lot of the time to fire up MSPaint and snip blue messages and IDs out of screenshots when I need to go to work, laundry is full and the cat litter needs changing.

And like hell am I going to try and claim a bounty on some Titan I killed last Tuesday. There's a time frame here and you just look silly going past it.

I think you should get rid of Blanket Bounties. Why? Because Bounty Hunters can attack everything unlawful on sight. Its only Money Hunting left. No love for the good old "Wanted - Dead or Alive".
